At Advance Steel Frames and Structures, we work hard to ensure our light steel framing system’s structural strength, stability and integrity stay uncompromised throughout the life a building. Therefore, the introduction of structure steel often becomes an integral part of our design and engineering, especially for high set residential dwellings and commercial projects. We don’t believe in minimizing the required structure steel to cut down the cost of a building because structurally both light and structure steel act together to carry and transfer the building loads.

We, at Advance Steel Frames and Structures, take pride in offering specialized structure steel engineering design as well as in house fabrication of all heavy structural members which fully comply with Australian Standards and perfectly work with our light steel frames satisfying all building and natural loading like winds and events.

Our in-house structure steel fabrication for all our house and commercial projects completely eliminates any potential errors and/or discrepancies during onsite installation of light and structure steel together, thanks to our commitment to focus on every detail and strict quality control at every phase of design and production. All our structural steel materials are supplied by local suppliers, mainly InfraBuild Steel.

Posts and Beams:

To support internal wide openings of a building as well as externally exposed structures, we design, engineer and fabricate all the structure steel posts (Duragal/Painted SHS, CHS, RHS) and structure steel beams (Primed and Painted PFC, UB ) including steel wind beams and steel lintel beams with all the holes pre-done for bolted connections and cleats welded at exact locations for connecting member of the structure.

Subfloor Systems:

At Advance Steel Frames and Structures, we have proper subfloor solutions if a building can’t be built on concrete for any reason or architectural vision. We design and fabricate C- Section floor joists including steel bearers/stumps both adjustable and fixed as well as support posts to suit the subfloor system. Basically a combination of interconnected C- Sections, RHS and PFC is made to work together to support the building structure above. Our adjustable or fixed bearers can be inserted into concrete while pouring or simply bolted on concrete pads.

We also offer and arrange HD galvanization of all or any structure steel member for all our house and commercial projects if required to satisfy the building codes and/or standards.
